The BNP Paribas Fortis Film Days will run this year from Wednesday 19 to Saturday 22 September. During this four-day period, all cinema tickets – for any screening of any movie whatsoever anywhere in Belgium – will be priced at just €4.
And that’s not all. In addition to the movies on general release, BNP Paribas Fortis Film Days will be offering sneak previews of the most eagerly-awaited films of the season, including the current top Belgian productions, under the 'CINEVOX HAPPENINGS' initiative.
This will give everyone the chance to see Ted, the first-ever full-length feature film by Seth MacFarlane, creator of the popular TV series Family Guy, which has already brought in over $200 million in the United States, and also Killer Joe, the new film by William Friedkin (The French Connection, The Exorcist, et al).
CINEVOX HAPPENINGS will also be showing a good selection of home-grown movies, with two new films – Dead Man Talking and La Tête La Première – being shown in sneak-preview. Like the CINEVOX.BE platform – which BNP Paribas Fortis has been partnering since 2010 – and the CINEVOX trailers shown ahead of main screenings in cinemas, CINEVOX HAPPENINGS are intended to promote high-quality Belgian filmmaking. At each of the CINEVOX HAPPENINGS, the film director and his team and/or members of the cast will attend the screening.
