Filip Dierckx is stepping down from all his functions at BNP Paribas Fortis with immediate effect. He has also made it known that he will not be taking a seat as non-executive director on the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas Fortis. His resignation took effect on 5 December.
As a consequence of Filip Dierckx’s resignation, the management changes that were announced on 1 October are to take effect at an earlier stage:
- Daniel de Clerck immediately takes over the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chairman of the Works Council, under the responsibility of CEO Max Jadot;
- Franciane Rays takes charge of the ALM & Treasury, Tax and Economic Research departments;
- Khatleen Pauwels, currently in charge of E2E Operations Customers & Accounts, succeeds Daniel de Clerck as Head of E2E Operations.
