Not all selection processes are the same. The steps below may therefore differ depending on the job you have in mind.

Screening your CV

Don't hesitate to go into detail on your CV – the more we know about you, the better we’ll be able to assess your application at this point. In this phase, we’re mainly looking at whether your studies and experience match the employee profiles we’re looking for. And whether your motivation to apply for this job corresponds to our expectations. So take your time to write us a good cover letter with the right focus – we do read them very carefully.

Online tests

Did we like the look of your CV? And you've got the right motivation? Then the next step will be online skill assessment and language tests. The system is simple: you receive a mail with a link to the test. The link remains valid for two days.

Tip: find a quiet place where you can take your time to complete the tests – it's bound to improve your score.

Telephone screening

Before we invite you for an interview, we’ll call you for a brief chat. If feasible, we may even set up a Skype-call –  that's even more personal. During this conversation we’ll discuss your motivation and expectations further and we can also answer any specific questions about working hours, salary, etc.


We’ll invite you to our recruitment corner for a series of meetings with HR and your direct manager. Depending on the job you’re applying for, your assessment may take a half-day or a full day. There will also be a personality test.
