Focus on the selection process

We evaluate each candidate’s skills and qualifications objectively, transparently and fairly. Whether or not we decide to hire you, we will keep you informed of our decisions at each stage of the selection process. Depending on the job that you are applying for, the stages in the selection process may vary.


Application

Select the right position for you and send over your CV and cover letter via our digital platform. Our recruitment consultants will assess your application.

Online tests

If you are preselected, we will ask you to take our online tests in order to help us learn more about your personality and your strengths.

Telephone interview

If you pass the tests, a recruitment consultant will then invite you to take part in a telephone interview to evaluate your skills and reasons for applying for the role as well as identify your expectations. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, whether they are about the role or other practical aspects.

Interview

If you impress during your first interview, you will then be interviewed by the manager of the recruiting entity. You will discuss the role and the responsibilities attached to it, the working environment and your future team.

Hiring

If you are selected for the role, your recruiter will then make a salary proposal and discuss it with you. An employment contract will then be drawn up. You sign it and, just like that, you will be part of a changing world: welcome to BNP Paribas Fortis!

Integration

When you start in your role, you will be offered a personalised programme to get you integrated into your team and your department. You will immediately be given access to all of the required tools and training programmes to help you succeed in your role and enhance your skills.
