In 2014, 6 500 participants took part to 350 information sessions on themes that truly concern them. "What is an investment fund? ", "Buying or renting? "... These sessions are open to everyone and are animated by BNP Paribas Fortis staff members.

Creating "Customer Advice Committees"


Regular meetings take place between the BNP Paribas Fortis management and a panel of fifteen clients. This proves an efficient manner of defining the requirements of our clients and their impression on the products and services offered by the bank. In 2014, 30 "Customer Advice Committees" met on three occasions.
