For BNP Paribas Fortis, internships are about a lot more than accumulating credits towards a diploma. An internship is the ideal opportunity for you (and for us) to try out working together. To discover whether you’re a good fit with our bank and whether you have what it takes to make a difference. In other words, don't expect just a general tour of our premises. No: we have plenty of interesting tasks and projects in store for you.
Coaching by experienced professionals
Naturally, every second of your internship, you'll be absorbing knowledge by listening to your colleagues and your direct manager. But we want to make the time you spend with us even more worthwhile, by giving a real boost to your professional skills. That's why, as in an intern, you'll be assigned a coach. But remember: the coach won’t answer your questions. He or she will simply guide you in discovering the answers for yourself. .
Important to keep in mind
Would you like to do an internship with us? Great! But you should keep these basic rules in mind: - Your internship has to fit into your programme studies (Bachelor or Master). We absolutely need a signed internship agreement from your school or university before we can get started. - All of our internships are unpaid. However, you will receive a fixed daily stipend for transport and meals. - You are expected to apply for your internship. Your CV and cover letter are an essential part of this!
