Disseminating awareness of environmental and social risks, embedding policies and principles that help us identify and act upon social and environmental risks and dilemmas, and facilitating the development of sustainable products and business initiatives will remain important targets to further grow as a sustainable financial institution and nurture a constructive dialogue with our stakeholders – including NGOs – on sustainability topics.
