The bank will continue to invest in quality and speed of overall branch and channels experience to improve customer satisfaction.
In Private Banking, BNP Paribas Fortis will not only upgrade customer service, it will also give its customers the opportunity to obtain all services in each private banking centre. The upgraded customer service rests on an adapted customer segmentation: clients with assets of more than 250,000 euro are served in the private banking centres, high net worth individuals with more than 4 million euro in assets will be served through a dedicated wealth management approach.
The proposition made to customers is based on three key factors. The first is proximity. With 35 private banking centres and 2 wealth management centres, BNP Paribas Fortis operates the most extensive network in Belgium. Secondly, this large organisation allows for more specialisation with strengthened expert teams. Finally, a broader product offer is being made available.
